I've just been feeding a mix of blood worms, mysis and brine shrimp. Usually I soak the food in either garlic or selcon. Some of the frozen cubes I use has spirulina mixed in with it.
And I just use the same turkey baster I feed the fish with.
2x a week I also throw into the thawing dish a cap full of zoo plankton and a cap full of phyto. Not sure if that has any effect on these guys or not, but they sure have been healthy and happy

oh, and 10 minutes or so before I feed I've tried putting a few drops of Brightwell Aquatics Coral Ammino and it seems to get them feed better.
