I don't think I've seen him fried up, or if I did I didn't notice to much of a difference I really like the contrast too

You'll notice, their color will change and become more bold. Trying misting Reece or give him a "bath" and watch what happens.

Do you need a special lighting setup for these guys? I thought they were prone to some kind of bone melting diseases if they didn't get enough or the correct kind of UV light? Are there LED lights for terrariums now that would work?

Nice looking lizards, BTW, very neat.
