![]() It's just the server range of IPs, so likely some site hosting with the same server company IS that bad..
It's been like that for years now, we have a disclaimer in the sign up page for it. Shaw won't deal with it, so we're stuck.

That has to do with when we migrated the servers to the new data center recently. Shaw uses Cisco's IronPort SenderBase to determine reputation of the sender's IP. At that point in time we had either no reputation or carried a poor reputation from the previous owner of the IP. We must have since improved as I can see we are listed as GOOD! http://www.senderbase.org/senderbase...31.76.194%2F27 I tried contacting Shaw from their web site but it appears I need to put in a BC phone number in order to submit a mail from the web form. If you don't mind, perhaps you can bring it up with them? Titus
