Spiny urchin is getting big
 And he sure likes nori  Our clown, Goober, has doubled in size in 2 months July 28  Now  Our Bangaii ( Boo ), PJs ( P & J  ), Starry blenny ( Benny ) and Hector the Hector's goby have all doubled in size too, but I don't have any good pics right nowI planned to do a big photodump tonight, but what I though were usable shots are junk, so I'll leave you with this for now I bought some watermelons from Rich, and there were a couple really nice, bright green palys mixed in I thought, well, I'll just leave them 'cause they are great Jump forward to yesterday when 2 had grown to 6+ heads, so I did some surgery in a dish My first time fragging zoas/palys ... what a slimy mess, and the toxin leaking from the wounds I made  ANYway, I now have all my palys on a separate rock from my zoas ( I think/hope ) This rock now has 3 kinds of palys on it, and these are the recovering green ones  Here's what's goin on with my zoas right now  I'll try to get some good pics when the lights are all on so I can post growth shots and such More for my own future reference, but you know I like to share

Looking good. Can't wait for some of those frags to mature...
I think I'll start my 75g thread this week as I an most likely on holidays starting next week. Out of curiosity, how did you get the kole eating pellets and other stuff? Mine is not interested in anything but algae although it fattened up quite a bit since I got him... I confess about not cleaning the aquarium for him to eat.

Now he eats everything he takes in I had no problems with him taking to frozen, just a day or 2 and he was hooked For the nori, I put a piece of rubble on the bottom, with the nori wrapped under an elastic, and left it in all day. I put a new piece in every afternoon It only took him 1 or 2 days to pick at the rock, then he found the softened nori, and with it staying in the tank all day, I found he was finishing it 2 days ago I put nori on a clip, about half way down the glass, and left it in overnight The next morning it was still there, but I saw him start picking on it around noon, and it was gone in an hour Tonight I bought a veggie mag for the Kole and will see how it goes tomorrow If you haven't seen one of these, you can move it anywhere on the glass you like once it's in the water I'll train him with this so he's ready for the DT
