Everything arrived alive as far as I know. Well packaged, clear water and bags were firm, no sag. I picked mine up late and of course it was lights out when they made it into the tank so it will be at least one full day before I can comment fully but so far it looks fine.

Sorry, I was writing an email half the way and accidentally hit a send. Anyway all I would like to say is I am very happy what I have got and Greg's service.
