What is this marble looking thing?

pull it off without breaking it, otherwise spores will be released and you'll get more

Some people have trouble with valonia...some (like me) do not. I have it in my tank, but you would need to look pretty hard to find it. It is possible that one of my fish eats it.

I have a couple as well, but I do know my sailfin eats it if she can reach it.
