I have one and it does a decent job for the money spent. I run it on my 70 gallon and its been flawless in its operation. I had to make a silencer from a pill bottle though as I like it quiet.

Thanks everyone, very helpful. Looks like hit and miss... mostly miss on the online reviews.
How are the eShopps hang on back skimmers? Any experiences? http://www.eshopps.com/?page=PSK_100H a few LFS in Calgary carrying these for reasonable prices ($160-$180)
