FF: 50lbs of live sand

I'm in the middle of doing some changes to my tank so I have about 50lbs of live sand I need gone. It hasn't been rinsed but if you'd like it anyway please come pick it up from Surrey (148th + 100th). Sooner than later would be prefered since I don't want buckets of wet sand laying around my apartment.
