65 gallon part-out - Coquitlam/Lougheed

So after having dealt with a few back outs, etc. for the unit as a package I'm just gonna list the system as a part out, the following is available (I'll toss in one of the $10 items with a larger purchase.):

65 gallon tall (36x18x24) drilled with rear left overflow $100

Solid wood stand (painted brown, no centre beams and open backed) $20, free with tank.

4-Bulb 36" Tek-light fixture, with Geismann bulbs and 8 random used spares, CL and KZ) $100

Oceanic 1 glass sump w/DSB space *or* rimless 20g sump with space for in-sump skimmer $30 ea

Coralife 125 skimmer (return pipe modded) $50

QuietOne 4000 return pump *or* Sedra 9000 (may need new impeller though), your pick $50 ea

Gravity based ATO with Eshopps float + ~4g reserve $20

Natural wave timer power bar $20

2x Coralife timer bars $10 ea

~1/2 bucket IO salt $10

Heater (150W I think) $10

Sump grow lamp, Moon LEDs x2, API Test kit $10 ea

Bag of filter floss (2x J&L rolls), Mag-float scraper Free w/p


All are OBO, or take the lot for $300. Also interested in Zoas & SPS as trades.
