Trying to track down DLP tvs

I don't get it, why would you want a DLP? You really think picture quality is better than what's currently available in the LED/LCD/Plasma world?

Dlp tvs have better picture than most lcds

But not better than a plasma.

The reason they stopped making them because the color wheel would always break and you'd have to replace the lamp every couple of years

Exactly why I got rid of mine.

I have a dlp projector 720p and it's a great picture over 14' span. It's better than most of the cheaper 1080p ones. I'm in no hurry to upgrade.
