Oh no.....please don't tell me you're battling aiptaisa. That sux.....I had a couple but quickly terminated them. That was a couple months ago. I too have peppermint shrimp so if I did have any more aiptasia since then, I think the pep's probably would have destroyed them as well.
Oh well I guess it's all part of the game. Best of luck with your fight my friend.

Saw a berghia last night, so the peppermints haven't eaten them all ... yet
Bought more coral yesterday I got a Purple Valida bansai acro, a red and a green acro, a wedge of green and, I think, yellow leptastrea, a nice green florida ric, and both some blue and some green zoas All small stuff, so don't stay tuned for any major pics  Everything else is doing well Algae is still under control Hector and Bennie have eaten all the Isopods, so I hope the Hector's learns to eat mysis soon .... The foxface is finally used to me having my hands in the tank, so no more worries about getting stabbed Oh, I got 8 days out of my new felt socks and washed them before they were overflowing Far cry from the old mesh ones, so, very happy there Plus, they washed up very nicely Nothing else to write home about Ma ... Pics soon ...

New acans - the red is a rescue
 Don't know why I thought the leptastrea was green and yellow It's actually burgandy, green and baby blue  Purple valida bansai. Can't see the purple in this shot. It'll show up as it grows  Ric garden, although I don't think the yumas are going to make it  No pics of the new zoas - they're too small right now Moved things around a bit Octospawn is much happier in it's new spot  Last edited by gregzz4; 08-28-2012 at 10:32 PM.

Very nice new acquisitions! I love the valida.
 And, those nudis are darn cute. If I wind up with aiptasia I'm going to get an army of them.  How big is Smudge? He looks huge!

Smudge is only about 4"
Close up shots make him look like a monster Good thing our power outage today didn't last very long ... Grabbed more frags from Rich tonight And from J&L I picked up a purple fire fish and a royal gramma Pics to follow in a day or 2

Are your yumas doing better? If not try moving them down to the SB in a lower light. I find mine hate the direct light and do bes there.
