![]() I've thought about adding a deep sand area into my tank before to be able to accomodate them. I've always been worried about being able to support their need for food as well as housing them with other fish. I'm looking forward to following this tank.

![]() I will eventually upgrade the lighting (currently ONE par38 bulb) but for now I am concentrating on getting the eels settled. I've started to feed them chopped up mysis which has more nutritional value then brine but they still seem to prefer brine. 6/7 are now eating regularly which is not bad since I read to expect up to 50% losses with these guys.
