Anybody using seachem "salinity" salt?

I tried it and ended up using it to melt the ice on my front stairs. I hated it. Mixed cloudy and my corals were annoyed for 3 months afterwards.

I had similar results.
Switched back to reef crystals and things opened up again.

I think it might depend on whether you started with it, or switch from something else. Going from Reefer's Best to this caused my corals to freak. Maybe from scratch, you'd be fine. Worst case, you can use it in winter on the stairs

What are you using now? Reefers best again?

Ya, I switched back right away. Actually, I did 2 water changes with the salinity 2 weeks apart. Then went back. It's a bit more money, but I have a lot of coral..
