I payed already with PayPal and yes the "placed" order has already been payed for. Still nothing I've contacted him 4 times now with no reply.

Open a dispute with paypal and let them know you have not received the product; and/or cannot contact the seller.

You should have no problem getting the money back.

Your order was only a week ago. Wait and see what happens next week. Either way, you can still get your money back. Also, I do think your order will be coming soon.
