![]() I figured out what I did...I had I unplugged the pump from the outlet
![]() I have done that. I guess I was just looking for a true fail safe. But now I'm thinking I should put it it my top off container to alarm when it's empty.

![]() Glad you figured it out. The set up you now have will work great. With the float as an overflow sensor. But make sure that during normal return pump shut off you do not trigger the over flow alarm.
