Heading west from the Alex Fraser bridge on River Road, you will pass through mostly Industrial properties so you need to watch the streets you are passing.

You will pass Berg Street ( on your right - North side ) where the big yellow building is on your right - National Tire Wholesale ( NTW )
The next intersection after Berg is your left turn onto 76th street ( will be a Husky Gas on your right kinda obscured by trees and such )
Take the left, pass the chain link fence on your left and then left into the complex driveway
Straight ahead and then on your left about the middle of the building

If you're heading East on River Road from Tsawwassen, all I can help you with is, after you pass Hopcott, where the CanaDream RV Rental joint is, be prepared to hang a right at the next street.
It's a long haul to get there from Hopcott to 76th and you won't miss it

The driveway is flanked by some deciduous trees and there's a sign on Google Street View that reads "Wagner's something something Professional Drycleaners"

If you look on street view, you are turning left behind the Red Ford 4 X 4 Pickup
