ive never used it but def stop for a while as thers no need unless your calcium is being depleted.

your corals could use some food , have you tried feeding them?? without strong lighting and being a relatively new tank your corals may n eed an extra boost try checking for a feeding response, the tentacles should be sticky and readily acepts food

How many T5 bulbs do you have over the tank? What spectrum and wattage are they?
