i know the person selling them and he and his wife are very nice people .i have gotten a few items off them and his prices are alway very fair .i would buy from them any day of the week

I would love to upgrade my lights to LED just before the summer comes but have to wait for $ as I have a list of things I'd like to buy before LED's

Exactly. Its actually a guideline. I have posted this so many times I cant count anymore and have given up, but guess it means nothing or nobody even reads it.
