I won't buy from any shipper who only uses UPS. I always try to do USPS (non-fish stuff). For livestock, I've had decent luck with purolator (except for one time when I ripped the customer service line a new one and got my package before the long weekend). UPS is horrible but the contractor that works for UPS here is even worse.

loved it when they left my test kits at the front door without ringing at -30.
Often will get neighbours stuff at my door from UPS, never yet from another company. won't start ranting about their brokerage fees.
