Hey, I understand where ur comin from. First impressions are everything.
If a business chooses to or has to stay open during renovations, it is in their best interest to post a sign informing people that that is the case. If I walked into a place that was a mess, and not well set up or stocked...I would probably not return.

Does the sun still rise every morning? I think people will get over it. Opinions are way over rated, ya mine too. I told my wife when ever I get ranting too much about something to just say to me "P H" .... Translation " shut my Pie Hole"

some people are just sensitive, you know with this new world and all, anything and everything will upset someone

The problem was you went to a public forum, the vendor's forum, to rant without all the facts. No one jumped on you but many came to the defense of a good local LFS that they felt you wronged, myself included.

I got the same first inpression from OA and it was also my last impression as I never included it on my shopping lists again. I agree who hartedly that you shouldn't have to turn sideways in a store to move around and it should be tidy. the store aperance and tidyness normaly reflects the care towards there products.
