I have been downloading and enjoying Tanked this last week. Sure it is another scripted reality show but the subject is one we can all enjoy and the characters are tolerable.

Yes there are some valid criticisms to this show, I would be interested in seeing some critical followup to some of these tanks say eight months after install and I would like to see how the maintenance contract works. Perfect? No. Are they harming these animals? Not sure.

I'm not suprised at the size of our hobby. According to statistics, fishkeeping is the second largest hobby in America. The first is sport fishing. Go figure!

Here are a couple of clips from the new show. I like the scene where the Rain Forest Cafe "Head of Biology" is complaining the dayglo rubber corals he is selecting are not natural enough.
