HUGE Euro-reef Skimmer, Sequence pump, Solar 1000 L1 and VHO Icecap Ballast

I upgraded so I have a few items for sale.

1) Euro-reef CS12-2 Protein Skimmer. It's a huge Skimmer. If you can't fit a bucket of Instant Ocean, H2Ocean or Reef Crystal in your sump then don't even bother.

Euro Reef CS 12-2 Specifications:
Height: 30"
Base: 17" x 24"
Diameter: 12"
Rated for: 400 Gallons +

24" Tall (plus need to add room for cup removal)
12" Diameter for Skimmer collection cup
Also note the pumps stick out so you should have a big enough sump. I would go with atleast 24" X 24"X 30" (L X W X H) this should give you plenty of room.

I have rebuilt the whole skimmer from every o-ring seal to silicon tubing. The only thing not new is the left pump (1.5 years old still works great) and the cast acrylic Body of the skimmer.
It has 1 brand new Sedra 5000 pump with new SP3RC Pin-Wheel Impeller Assembly (never seen water yet and paid over $180 for both) Right hand pump in photos.

Skims great !!! the only reason I am selling is I got a Deltec TC2060 that I couldn't Pass up.

2) Solar 1000 L1 with VHO Icecap Ballast, heat sink , wiring harness and 8 endcaps
BLUELINE Solar 1000 L-1 Controller & Dimmer
The Solar 1000 series of dimmers are microprocessor based controllers designed to simulate all the important solar and lunar events. Solar dimmers are designed to be used in conjunction with IceCap VHO electronic ballasts to dim VHO lamps. They will not dim metal halide or compact fluorescent lamps.
This will only be sold as a set. The ballast is specially modified to work with the solar 1000 L1 which allows you to dim VHO bulbs. It's a very nice system to add the sunrise and sunset using VHO actinics to your tank. for more info:

5200 GPH @ 4 FT; 335W; 1.5-inch FNPT Inlet; 1.5-inch FNPT Outlet
Had this pump for about 2 years now and I put a new Impeller and Seal kit about a year ago. This pump works great but is way to much flow for my 225.
