looks good so far, as for pictures, try adjusting your cameras ISO sensitivity, and white balance to a level you like

Maybe mount them on the ceiling so you don't get the shading on the left and right hand sides of the tank? Would probably get a bit more even spread and make the tank look a bit better.

try mounting them higher.... seems like they're too close to the water
