I think it is just me. My husband is using all expiry dated pills, liquid etc, but nothing happens to him ... I am wondering when it will be happen ... So you don't need to worry too much about your stuff

Supplements like calcium and alkalinity (ionic) won't go bad but organic ones such as selcon will. I wouldn't have any issues with using years old calcium supplement, for example, since you can't chemically break it down any further than what it already is.
