![]() I have many doubts as well but then I question how something like calcium magnesium or strontium ever goes bad? It is elemental and should stay in that state for eternity in theory. Anyone with any bad experiences personally?

![]() I think it is just me. My husband is using all expiry dated pills, liquid etc, but nothing happens to him ... I am wondering when it will be happen ... So you don't need to worry too much about your stuff

![]() Supplements like calcium and alkalinity (ionic) won't go bad but organic ones such as selcon will. I wouldn't have any issues with using years old calcium supplement, for example, since you can't chemically break it down any further than what it already is.
