But, You didn't really answer my third question. Can you control them using the Profilux or other controllers that have a 1-10v outlet? (I'm not talking about Iphone or other mobile platforms) I am talking about aquarium controllers like the Profilux or apex. |

![]() I would have to ask SB but I would think the only reason to put them behind such a controller would be to turn them on and off via time settings? You would need to use the I-device to cotrol the extra features.
Give me a few hours and I will let you know for sure. thanks |

![]() It works on iphone, will it work with itouch as well then? Seems probable.

![]() Not sure I see the point of using an I-device. Most people don't use iphones to run their tank. LEDs should be controllable via a typical aquarium controller such as profilux or apex. I control my Apex remotely via my phone, which is enough.

![]() seems pretty cool to me for those of us that don't have a controller.

To me, it sounds like this is a new manufacturer that built a light that doesn't do much other than thundering/lightning effects, apparently while you sit there with your iphone. What about matching it to sunrise profiles? Building in ramp up /ramp down sequences? Maybe I'm just not getting it, but I don't see the point (yet). Do they have advertised PAR profiles for the light? Does it come with a stock controller for those of us that don't have apple products? Lots of questions, not a lot of answers.
