If you need help Dave, I am in. I have done a bit of drywalling, but you are on your own for taping and mudding.

Oh and I highly recommend the beer and pizza before the drywalling. Gives you more of a picasso finish.

I won't help directly but I can supply a name and number for a good taper/mudder who is reliable and does excellent work for what I've found to be one of the cheapest.

ya i did some research into those, turns out they are almost the same pump that red dragon ii pumps

from what i gather they really was not designed for salt water use as people started having problems with them after a couple months of use.

i may get a couple to try out but really didn't want to use something knowing it has a high failure rate
