Quick Overview:

Some info about this unit's condition: I haven't even turned it on - it is brand new and in original packaging with all original manuals and parts.
2 year manufacturers warranty.

Long story short - Don't need it now that we moved the sump into the nicely cooled basement. Obviously I learned a lesson on planning with this one
