Default Algea after cycle

So my Tank Is set up,
55 gallon
30 lbs live rock
70 lbs dried rock
Ro water
aquaclear 105
1 powerhead
No livestock
red sea prizim protien skimmer (just added)

Put the rock in, seen amonia come up, amonia dropped, Nitrite spiked and fell, within 24 hours Im seeing a brown algea Bloom. Im assuming due to nitrates. I will be doing a water change this week. As well I will be leaving my light off till I get livestock. Is there anything else I can do about this at the moment. As well is my tank ready to put a clean up crew and maybe a few fish in?

I'm guessing it's diatoms and not brown algae which is to be expected in a new aquarium. Next you should see a green algae called bryopsis on the glass (it looks like small feathers). There is a natural progression when you set up a new salt water tank.
