Which is fine. Turn the light out, no worries. The clams especially will be fine, they fill with water and close up, and are then self contained.
however, I drained my 180, caught all the fish, and filled it again in about 20 minutes. I'm assuming you have a 29g biocube? That should take about 10 minutes, which is fine for anything to be out of water.

asolutely alot of corals are also fine out of water.
