I doubt i will ever be able to make a weekend evening meet, but week day evening is possible.

Weekend afternoons are OK too.

That shouldn't stop people from organizing the meet though!

I think it probably makes more sense to alternate each month if possible.

North/south, Weekend/Weekday, Evenings/Afternoons. etc..

You won't find a date and time that's good for EVERYONE.

Tentatively in but depends on the time chosen and if I have conflicts. Weekday evenings are usually pretty tough for me but I could probably swing a Thursday if that was what was chosen.
