Doesn't matter how much you have been reading until you take the plunge.

Several factors Dave. Maintaining two tanks just wasn't as much fun anymore; we're traveling more now and one tank is easier for the tank sitter; and yes the Hydro bills are getting a little out of hand: up to $500 and we have gas heat, water heater and range, so that's lights and tanks only.
As for temporary homes, I think I'll be ok. I have the 33g frag tank with sump, live rock and skimmer. By the way, do you want the blue Crocea? Can't keep clams in the 225g, too many clam eaters in there.

That is a very nice clam, I am sure we can work something out. If you need a hand moving things around give me a call, I'm not doing anything.

I should be ok but if I run into a snag when I start moving stuff I'll let you know. As for the clam I'll let you know when I'm ready and you can come get it. Just glad it's going to a good home.

If you are going to turn it into a lizard home would you be interested in a trade? Justin's 90 corner is near perfect except for the leaky seam

The tank has such a nice mature look to it Lance (just like it's owner ). Sad to hear you're shutting it down but I could never handle more than one tank it amazes me people do...

One tank is a challenge, two tanks definitely takes it to another level of pain. I want to shut my second tank down pretty much every other day.
