Try moving it to a spot where it's getting more light? I had a few Derasa's that liked as much light as my Crocea's. Derasa's can tolerate lower light, but more light is better for them.

I got mine at JL. that one was cheap... 60 I think.
JL had some crazy nice one in the hundred+ mark a few months ago.
