Thanks... I did check out the measurements at the Reef Shoppe before building the canopy. The way I did it if I am wrong it is easy to change, but it should be a near perfect fit.

Once I get it upstairs plumbing & in place I will take some more pics...

looks like I missed an update here, lol.

Anyway, got the canopy built & painted. Added 3 2" holes to the back of the canopy for ventilation. Will watch the temps, but with the LED's there shouldn't be that much heat gain.

I also modified the stand to give me a little more height & added a base for the sump.

Tonight I water tested the sump & function of the baffles, things are working the way they should. I also put about 17" of water in the tank for a water test & will be leaving that till tomorrow evening to double check for leaks & make sure nothing breaks.

The plan is to move it from the garage to its location this weekend & get everything plumbed & ready to fill. I want to aquascape the dry rock before filling it up. its looking good to be running in another week or 2.

Got the tank upstairs today & mostly plumbed. Just short one bulkhead & a piece for the loc line. Going to maybe try & get the aquascaping started tomorrow.

The lights are on backorder anyway, so waiting for the peices is not a big deal. Luckily I had room in the house just to slide the 33gal over & have room for the new tank.

The only thing that sucks is the smell from the PVC cement... LOL

I'll try & get something set-up for pictures tomorrow

With the possibility of my lights & MP40 being here tomorrow I hauled 24 5gal buckets of water up the stairs this evening & got the tank filled & running with RO/DI water. Will start mixing the salt in the tank tomorrow when I get a chance to grab a bucket. Thinking of maybe moving from my IO to Reef crystals... Thoughts?

Tank full & running since thursday, added enough salt to bring it to 1.025 . Added a Finnex 300W heater for now, running it with a RKL unit. Water temp is sitting at 78F, much cooler than my 33 gal that tends to stay around 81F. Checked KH, Mg, & Ca this morning. KH around 10, Ca at 360 & Mg at 1110. I am trying to get Mg to 1300 & Ca to 420. will check things again tomorrow, hopefully lights show up & it will be time to move things over & then try and drain and clean up the other tank. Getting much closer!

Still waiting for taxes to finish the build (lights & MP-40) but picked up a RO/DI & took the glass I had sitting around and make 2 20"x20"x18" storage/mixing tanks.

Here are the photos:
