I don't think I have enough left to do much of anything, sorry.
What is the stuff that gets used for furnance thermostats and doorbells? That's 18, isn't it? Or is that stranded... I'm not sure.

One final note ... I went and asked one of our wiring/cabling jockeys and he suggested EECOL too, so ... looks like Walter's suggestion gets another vote.
Their # is 236-2182.

Whaase,
Electronic or tar ballasts? I spoke to EECOL and they will sell a 2 pair flat 18 AWG for $0.30/m I could get a 300m roll of single conductor from Texcan for $42 but I figure I need 4m so it is a bit of an overkill. Jim |

I was wiring up some WH7s to VHO. If you need some I have about 50ft of the good stuff if brown is alright. Kari |

If you are needing solid for a wire clip should just go for stranded (zip or lamp cord) and either tin or ferrel the ends.

Is stranded better to work with than solid?

Stranded is more flexible and less likely to break if repeatedly flexed and a little easier to source in the smaller gauges. |
