No sarcasm I just couldn't believe it he seems to be a moody man sometimes but actually he has a very good heart. Lucky for us to have him work at our LFS though.

You hit the nail on the head. He does give off a snobby feeling when you first meet him. It gets better with more interaction you have with him. Jeff is a very knowledgeable person when it comes to this hobby, he has been in the hobby for quite some time now and I usually direct all my question his way. Although some of the question are elementry, he still trys to explain to me the best he can, it's only when you start to ask the same elementry question over and over again he starts to get annoyed, but for the most part I just google before I start asking.
