I can't believe the level of communication that link shows.
I have never had that kind of service with any of my on-line purchases. I'm appalled at the lack of professionalism.

It's obvious its not just a case of miscommunication or the guy having a bad "day". He's simply an egotistical SOB who has a far higher opinion of his own place in this industry and less self-control than the average hyper-activity toddler on a sugar high.

I love the way he tried crawling back when he realized he was actually getting outed on Penny Arcade, only to get bitch slapped by Mike again. Nice to see this guy getting the public thrashing he deserves.
