Is that the reactor or the media? Where can I get it?

I previously used brs high capacity which apparently has more removing power but now use brs Gfo pellets since they don't clump like the hc did in my brs canisters. Previously used TLF reactors and hc Gfo worked great. Hc rinses clean in literally 3 sec and the reg pellets take just a bit more. Rowa has far more fines and is a nightmare to rinse.

Bulk Reef Supply is a vendor on here. I use their GFO in a TLF reactor.

So you can reuse the BRS GFO? I though Rowaphos got used up over time and you had to replace it?

I think he's talking about the rinsing before you actually put it to use in your tank, which should also be done with carbon.

I've never heard of reusing Gfo and it's such a mess after a month as well lol. Yeah I was referring to the initial rinse. You lose half the rowa down the drain when rinsing. Both types of brs are more uniform in shape.
