C'mon Wayner...I think you just got the Purple Monster envy maybe cause mine is bigger than yours...hahaha.

No to tell you the truth I did very little to no post editing on these pics and it is more purple in real life. Actually look at the picture again cause I just edited it to show more of what I see. Although the difference from purple to blue is very subtle...you can easily tell if I stick it next to a blue tort for sure. My frag has guaranteed linage so no worries there. Do a google search and you will see the shade of purple does vary from tank to tank.

Now Im trying to remember what you want...and are you asking if I will sell it for $15. Probably not....

Wow I had to read your write up again for the 100000 time.. did you ever try zeovit? I am on the fence switching to pellets and gfo, I think i am going to be switching form reefers best to instant ocean soon as I am having a hard time finding reefers best and have been seeing so many nice tanks just using IO. I figure we are supplementing anyways so whats a little more gonna hurt.

Thanks....no I never tried zeovit. I have tried a few of the supplements and can't say I noticed much. I'm not into dosing lots of different bottles. KISS method for me.

Incoming.....some millepora.

Sunset Millepora

Palmers

with my pink

This guy is a new one...never seen it before. I'm calling it the cash money millepora. Just cause of the goldy body and green polyps.

and I'll throw in my redplanet in even though it may not be considered a millepora. This thing will not grow vertical for the life of me but has encrusted quite well.

More pics to COME....

rp grows like a weed but yours is running away from the frag plug! Still looks killer though (but I like that palmers more!)

I'm thinking the Red Planet is a weird duck, at least the one I have - seems to color up -then color down - then a growth spurt - then goes dormant for awhile - it's like it can't figure out what it wants to do.

Your encrusting planet has very nice color - pretty intense - when that wakes up - should be a stunner.

Really nice pictures of the others too.

Well when I bought this red planet it was dormant already and pretty lack luster. It sat for months and did nothing....then it awakened and has put base down for more months...it has had the nice colour ever since it started encrusting. I think I might trim it to see if I can spur upward growth.

And the last of the pictures I took...

Aussie Sarmentosa

Peach and yellow tip Bird

Meteor Shower

Northern Delight (self named) - no positive species name

Tyree Rainbow Stylo

Ultimate Bonsai

That should hold everyone over for a while...hope you enjoyed.

sometimes you need to build a good foundation before you can erect the skyscraper
