give it a good wash and feed.
I wash and mix clams,baby shrimp,baby octopus,mussels,squid,real crab meat and some nori.Place it all in a container and grind it all separate it in small ball size and IQF in the freezer in a ziplock bag and voila all fish love it so is my corals

i feed my clowns raw seafood all da time and they love it! just make sure you freeze it first to kill off any parasites

i only ever use raw food, even things such as raw beef heart and the such back in my fresh water days.

I make my own raw seafood mix too.
