Favites on the first one (that's diff than Favia), Chalice on the second.

I wonder... does anyone care enough to read signatures if you make them really small? I would not. I would probably moan and complain, read three words and swear once or twice. But since you made it this far, please rate my builds.

"Chalice" includes Oxypora, Pectinia, Echinophyllia and a few others that are less common. Oxypora is the "true" Chalice coral, although we see more Echinos in the hobby so it is what most people recognize as Chalice corals.

I'm pretty sure Levi is right and that it is an Oxypora, so here is a bigger Oxypora photo:

Thanks. I have been trying to figure this particular coral out for a while without luck. My chalice is much much different.

No one has any idea what to look for in healthy drags of either halice or favites?
