Default Anybody interested in a Yellow Tang

I have a large, healthy Yellow Tang that needs a home. My friend gave me his, but I already have one in my tank and they don't seem to get along. I currently have him separated so that they won't damage each other. I would be open to trading it for snails, other reef safe fish or corals that can be sustain in low lighting. Cash is also fine.

Steve

It sounds like there are lots of people who can take it back to victoria. Make me an offer. Do you have anything to trade? Fish, coral, snails, Aquaclear filter?

have a scarlet wrasse who is quite reef safe but took after our clown goby and bar goby pretty bad. he's in the prison sump now. real easy trade for anyone with anything at all.
what else...got mushrooms (tho owe more to adam), no corals ready, what type of aquaclear you lookin for?

What does your scarlet wrasse look like? How big is he? What does he eat? Flakes? Will he get along with my other fish. I currently have 2 percula clown, 1 regal tang, 2 Yellow tank (separated), cleaner shrimp, green chromis, some damsels and a few corals.

I am looking for an aquaclear 200 or 300 for the school that I work at. I am trying to get a 50 gallon freshwater tank started for the students and so I am looking for equipment. The school is on a limited budget, so I'm trying to find anything that I can.

hey tigger. the wrasse is a med size, similar to a mature banana / coris wrasse. i wouldn't think he'd cause the fish you mentioned any trouble, and he was with a number of percs, regal, etc, but only took after the clown and bar goby!?! i'm afraid he would be a bit of a gamble, especially in the future if you add something he doesn't like. just being honest. he's probably best suited for a more aggressive tank. maybe someone else has better experience with these? shane
