Still running zeo? Running gfo with zeovit is one of the worst things you can do. I wonder if the leds have anything to do i have heard from a few people with the leds that they are getting cayno.

That's what I originally thought. But I guess zeo does nothing fort phosphates, so that's why the Gfo is there

I don't remember them saying specifically DO NOT run GFO, but I know that they said it is pointless. I disagree with them, and I know that lots of people still run gfo with zeo. I'll be reducing the amount that I use once I get around to swapping my Zeoliths.

Yep, still running zeo. Needless to say I didn't do my research. The LFS suggested it running 1/2 lb passively and within a day or 2 30% of my SPS had burnt tips. They are still recovering with dead tips....argh. The cyano started when I had 12 little fire fish disappear on me while I was away, and my T5's were pushing 1.5 years old but I didn't want to buy new bulbs cause I new I was going to DIY my less to replace the T5s. But I had huge problem with my DIY supplier and it took over 2 months to finally get all my parts in, and I probably waited a month before getting around to building the lights. That's what I attribute the cyano to. I'm just happy it's getting better daily....woo hoo. Wes, your tank must be full to the brim now.
