Good to know I will let him know. He was going to using the existing fans in the hood but not sure what happened to that.

Yup they must have exceeded max temp...3 burnt bulbs already. Turned down the dimmers and removed the acrylic strip for now. Hood is alot cooler, putting a glass top over the tank until I can get fans.
