Your sps would die. Almost guaranteed. Copper in even tiny doses can kill sensitive sps.

I was at an LFS and the manager told me that someone got a small amount of sand from one of the tanks to "seed" his sand and it killed all the corals (established tank with new sand bed). Definitely not worth it.

Tank was cleaned out and put away today. Not going to use it for anything. I'm slowly trying sps in my current tank, will stick with that. And everyone is right, small tanks are cheap anyway. Penny bank it is! Thanks
