We wont pay HST, we buy with US address in point robert and pick them up from there with no tax or duty.

I think you will be on the hook for both taxes and possibly duty if it was made outside the US.

My understanding is that anything above $75 (your daily limit to bring back) is taxable. Also on things that are made outside the US, you are responsible to pay Duty as well.
