![]() Blue Tang is right unless you find someone that has removed their live rock and let it sit outside for a week or two. Then you know your getting rock that doesn't have any nasties on it.
Did I mention I have about 350 lbs of just such a rock ![]() $3 bucks a pound but I'm in Calgary.

I used the reefer rock on my last system at a one to one ratio (more or less), then simply started to remove the old LR over a couple month period leaving nothing but the ecoreefer stuff, worked great for me. The best part of the Ecoreefer stuff is it allows you to take your time building the scape you're looking for dry without the die off.
