Green Fuzzy Shrooms are very hard to remove but can be done. It take a while for them to heal & attach themselfs to a rock again as the can't be glued down.

No kidding
I had to take them out of the tank on the rock and leave them hanging upside down until they were stretched right out. Hopefully it worked as the two I removed a couple of days ago didn't fare so well. When I checked the others tonight they looked a lot better.
