Too much live rock?

Sounds like the "more the better" vote wins, and I dont think I have a problem with flow, I tried shooting some blood worms and mysis to the back of the tank, behind the rock for my mandarin and it all got pushed right back up over and over again... I may have to make a diner for the mandarins to get them a few bites to eat.

Also I agree more live rock is good as long as there is still enough room for the fish to swim around.
