Too much live rock?

I think your aquascaping looks good. You can never really have too much live rock. I'd have 1000 pounds if I had the space. There is a trend towards using less live rock than in the past, but the intent is to create new aquascaping opportunities. If you have the space, and you like your scape, then use the rock.

It will be interesting if in the future there is a trend back to using more live rock. It is the only perfect filtration solution that we have. More live rock will provide a more stable system.
